Powerful winterlike storm to unload soaking rain, snow in northeastern US

A powerful coastal storm will eye the Northeast this weekend with big impacts along the coastline and inland as well. This storm will bring with it heavy rain, strong coastal winds, and snow in the higher terrain. Along the coastline we are going to be watching the tides because there is a full moon tonight and that will raise the tides, and with an onshore wind we may be dealing with some coastal flooding at the times of high tide with this storm.
