The winter outlook for this season from AccuWeather is finally here and it looks like the overall nation will experience a wide range of conditions this upcoming winter. In the east, above average precipitation will be in store from Florida to New England, where there will be both mild and cold periods this winter. Cold and snowy conditions will be the situation in the middle of the country this winter. Out west and in the Four Corners region mild and dry conditions look to prevail this winter, which is bad news considering the exceptional drought that is currently in that region.
