Hurricane Florence Will Slow Down, Hammer Carolina's and Appalachia for Days with Catastrophic F

The track of Hurricane Florence has shifted just a bit towards the South and West over the last several hours. A huge concern as of now is that once Florence nears land, it will slow down and stall out a bit which will increase the flooding and storm surge potential of this storm. Sections of the North Carolina coastline will have a surge of 9-13 feet, which will be very impactful and unfortunately very life threatening.
