Chris to become a hurricane, stir rough seas along US East Coast this week

Tropical storm Chris will become a hurricane later this week and as a result of that, it will stir the seas along the US East Coast this week. In terms of the rough water we are most concerned about the rough surf and rip currents at midweek along the East Coast.
