Hurricane Beryl to raise risk of flooding in Caribbean, Puerto Rico despite predicted weakening

Hurricane Beryl has now formed into a category 1 hurricane and is expected to strengthen to a category 2 storm this weekend. This storm will raise the risk of flooding in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico as well.
