The summer outlook for this summer has above average temps everywhere except for New Mexico and Florida in July. In August, below average temps will be present in the Midwest, the Great Lakes, and the Mid-Atlantic as well. Overall, precipitation looks to be above average in the desert Southwest and parts of the Mid-Atlantic. Precipitation will be below average from Texas and Louisiana on up to Southern Missouri.
