A very potent spring storm will deliver severe weather to the South and possibly a blizzard of wind and snow to the Northern Plains and the Great Lakes. The bulk of the severe weather in the South will occur on Friday as this weather system continues to push towards the East. Now lets talk about the wintry side of this storm, and snowfall looks to be quite heavy across Central Minnesota, into Northern Wisconsin, and Northern Michigan. With all the snow and the wind potential with this storm, I would not be surprised if a blizzard warning gets issued for the Northern Great Lakes sometime in the near future. I will of course be updating you all week with the latest having to do with this storm system.
