The Northeast is going to get its second nor'easter in a week starting tomorrow and continuing into the day on Thursday. The main impact with this storm will be the heavy snow which will be heaviest on Wednesday night. Interior sections of the Northeast and areas with elevation could see 12-18 inches or more of snow from this event. The coastline will have much more mixing and rain so that will hold down the snow totals there. Winds with this system could gust form 40-50 MPH, and right along the coast they could gust up to 60 MPH. Coastal flooding looks like a very minimal impact at this point, so that is some great news for the coastline.
