Winter Storm Quinn to Bring Blizzard Conditions to the Northern Plains and Could Become a Northeast

Winter storm Quinn has now pushed into the Northern Plains and is expected to bring blizzard conditions out there as well. The Dakotas could see in places up to a foot of snowfall from Quinn. Then this storm will continue to move eastward into next week and may become another coastal storm for the Northeast.
