Winter storm Quinn will continue to bring blizzard conditions to California's Sierra, and snow will spread from the Rockies to the central part of the nation into next week. The jackpot for snow looks to be the Sierras with over 2 feet of snow in the forecast. Most of the West will still see significant accumulations of snow with a widespread 4-8 inches of snow. In the central part of the country, 4-8 inches of snow looks to be prevalent as well with some isolated amounts of closer to a foot of snow. The Weather Channel has extended forecast information here: https://weather.com/storms/winter/news/2018-02-28-winter-storm-quinn-heavy-snow-west-plains-midwest
