Drenching storm to raise flash flood risk in eastern US this weekend

A soaking rain may bring a flash flood risk and thunderstorms to the eastern United States this weekend. The good news here is that this rain may provide some drought relief in the southeast because right now there is a moderate drought that has developed there.
