Winter's harsh cold may not return to eastern, central US until early February

The harsh cold will hold off In the eastern and central U.S. until early February. Warm conditions will persist in the Southeast as well as the Southwest into early February. When the arctic cold arrives in the Northeast, then chances of winter storms will increase and I will keep you updated on all the latest winter weather news right here.
