Winter Outlook Update: Cold and Wet in the North, Warm and Dry in the South

Here is the latest winter outlook for this winter from The Weather Channel. Due to a la Nina that has already developed, the South will stay warm and dry while the the north gets colder and likely snowier conditions. Below average temps will run from the Midwest into the Northeast where big snowstorms are possible this winter.
