Tropical system to raise risk of flooding in western Caribbean then aim for Florida, US East Coast

A tropical system will try to form in the Caribbean and then aim for Florida early this weekend. The moisture from this low pressure system will give much of the east coast some tropical showers/downpours and possibly gusty winds. I will do my best to keep you updated on this because there are some indications that this storm may strengthen rapidly, and that could mean trouble for much of the east coast early next week.
