Winter Forecast Released: North Will Be Wet, South Will Be Dry and Warm

This is a winter outlook from the NOAA and it looks like most of the south and east this winter will be warmer than average and cooler in the north. Precipitation is likely to be above average from the Great lakes region through the upper Great plains and into parts of the interior Pacific northwest.
