First Blizzard of the Season Breaks October Snow Record in Havre, Montana; Heavy Snow Closes I-70 in

The first blizzard of the 2017-2018 winter has already smashed records in Montana for the most snow in october. This was very wet and heavy snow so there was also a lot of power problems and damage reports from the heavy snow. This storm also caused some roads to close like I-70 in Colorado.
