Hurricane Harvey's Eye-Popping Stats

Tropical storm Harvey is causing widespread catastrophe from New Orleans to Houston. Houston is being pounded with extremely heavy rainfall and this storm is going to continue to dump a foot of rain or more on some areas before this all moves off to the north as a tropical depression.
