Bursts of cool air to refresh midwestern, northeastern US this week

The humid air in the Northeast will not last long as cooler and drier air will flow in from Canada as the jet stream dips south this week. This cooler pattern should last for the rest of the month of August with daily highs in the mid to low 70's for much of the Northeast and midwest.
