2017 - 2018 winter outlook from the Farmers Almanac

The Farmers Almanac has finally come out with their 2018 winter forecast. This winter in the Northeast it looks like it could turn out to be cold and very snowy while on the West coast conditions will be much milder. The Northern Plains will have cold conditions but with moderate snowfall and throughout the South wet conditions will be in store for this winter.
