Fall 2017 Temperature Outlook: Warmer Than Average For Much of U.S., Except Cool in Northwest

This is the Weather Channels early autumn outlook. Most of the East this fall could be around or slightly above average, while in the nations mid-section the temperatures could be more above average than in the East. In the West temperatures should be slightly below average.
