spring 2017 outlook

this coming spring looks very mild for most of the country especially in May. the Eastern two thirds of the nation will have above average temperatures for the most part this coming spring. i am somewhat worried about the drought in the Plains and Oklahoma this spring and summer (see national drought updates) because it could progressively get worse with the warmer temperatures. here is a link to a video about this spring and what to expect - https://weather.com/news/weather/news/march-may-temperature-forecast-spring-2017-the-weather-company
