snow, ice, and rain to return to the Northeast midweek

Monday through Wednesday of next week, more unsettled weather will enter into the Northeast. The storm is forecast to bring ice, rain, and snow to parts of the Northeast next week. This same storm is bringing a severe weather outbreak to the Southeast and South Central states before it hits the Northeast.
