winter storm caly will move across the country bringing snow to the pacific northwest, great plains, and Midwest. heavy lake effect snow will be seen in new York and other surrounding areas around the lakes. then the storm will move into the northeast and i'm thinking andover could get 3-5 inches of snow at this point but that could chance here is a video and stay updated on my website!!
