2016-2017 winter outlook 16

in this outlook i agree with the wet in the west, cold and snowy in the east, and warm and dry in the south. this is another outlook that says that the northeast will be cold and snowy. also i will be posting a winter summary in about a month witch will sum up what i think the winter will be like from all the outlooks i have seen. stay posted for that! there is also a chance of an average winter for the northeast this year but it is still early so just be prepared for anything this winter.
