2016-2017 winter outlook 13

this is the 13th winter outlook video for the winter of 2016-17. in this video it says the northeast will have an average January but then the northeast will have below normal temperatures and above average precipitation for February. this source plus the farmers almanac and a few other sources are saying the winter will start out average for the northeast but will get very snowy towards the end. that is why it would be a good idea to trust this video. so far i am thinking this winter has the potential to be similar to the very snowy winter of 2014-2015 but we will just have to wait and see! stay posted for more winter outlook news and videos.
