2016-2017 winter outlook 11

here is another winter outlook for the winter of 2016-2017. the northeast is once again in a below average temperatures area and above average snowfall. you may already be picking up the trend that the northeast will be mild for a portion of the winter at the beginning but by late winter (as this video says) an active storm track will carry a couple nor Easters up the coast. the farmers almanac is also predicting an active storm track for the northeast and a s the storms go up the eastern seaboard they will intensify in the over the water and produce a lot of snow. enjoy the video.
