2016 autumn outlook

here is a 2016 fall outlook. in the image the northeast is in a warm and dry area. this autumn should only be slightly above average for temperatures and average for precipitation. so i disagree with the dry and somewhat with the warm. the rest of the country looks towards the north looks very warm and dry and for the southeast it looks wet.
