2016-2017 winter outlook 10

here is my 10th winter outlook video. most of the eastern part of the country is in for above average precipitation this winter. and most of that same area is in below average temperatures as well. lots of snow is foretasted for those same areas.

-- most of the outlooks so far are saying warm/mild and dry for the south and cold and snowy for the eastern portion of the country. we will have to see if this trend continues but for the most part this video goes along with that trend so you can trust this video a good bit. enjoy the video!
