old farmers almanac 2016-2017 winter prediction

here is the old farmers almanac's prediction for this winter. as you can see most of southern new England is in a mild and snowy area. northern new England is in a cold and wet area. i think that this winter will be snowy but not mild, i think this winter will be cold for most of the northeast.
