preliminary 2016-2017 winter outlook 1

here is a preliminary winter outlook video. just a few notes before the video are:

-do not buy into this video 100% because it is still very early

-predictions in the video are subject to change

in the video as you can see in the northern part of the country they are predicting a cooler winter and in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, west Virginia, and parts of other states they are predicting also a snowy winter. in the white zone they are predicting an average winter. off to the south they are predicting a warmer dry winter. i agree with cooler in the north and warmer in the south but i think the snowy area should be moved more northeastward towards new England. enjoy the video!!
